For Serie BKT’s social media, we developed a targeted communication strategy to strengthen the connection between the league and its fans, creating an engaging and interactive digital experience that evolves with social media trends. We managed every aspect of storytelling, from the editorial calendar to producing original content—including creative graphics, reels, highlights, exclusive interviews, and player and team storytelling—along with full digital communication management on Matchdays for both the regular season and playoffs. In addition to our original content, we publish collaboratively with clubs, sponsors, and league partners, building a wider, stronger, and more engaging communication network.
Our approach focused on active community engagement, using tools like polls, CTAs, and weekly and monthly votes to encourage participation. The tone of voice was carefully crafted to be authentic and close to fans, reflecting the league’s traditions while remaining innovative and dynamic. Thanks to continuous monitoring and feedback analysis, we optimized the strategy in real time, fostering ongoing dialogue with the audience and strengthening the sense of belonging to Serie BKT.
