The Department of Public Administration highlighted the need to reengineer the database that collects assignments granted by public administrations (including those referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 165/2001). These administrations are required to communicate data on assignments given both to public employees and to external consultants and collaborators pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 165/2001.

A platform was developed that allows Public Administrations to manage assignments. The system consists of:
– a SPA (Single Page Application) built with Angular
– a web API developed in .NET Core
– a File Management and Digital Signature system developed in Java

The system is integrated with the following services of the Department of Public Administration:
– PUA (Single Access Point) for authentication
– AC (Centralized Registry) for retrieving administration records
– Tax Registry for retrieving data related to individuals and legal entities via the Revenue Agency

Assignments from previous databases have been migrated into the new application.
