Go Project supported the Communication Department of Nissan Italy.
Specifically, internal and external communication activities were carried out: the former aimed at Nissan Italy’s corporate population, and the latter at the media and various stakeholders. Employees, collaborators, and stakeholders hold strategic importance for Nissan—equal to, if not greater than, that of external customers.
Through our strategic activities, we positioned internal communication as a form of marketing targeted at employees. Various internal communication initiatives were implemented to foster strong employee engagement, enhance the Employee Experience by prioritizing listening and feedback, communicate and reinforce the company’s core values, and strengthen team building by demonstrating closeness to employees.
Go Project also managed Media Relations for external communication. Contacts with journalists brought tangible benefits in promoting both corporate and European events organized by Nissan.
To reach these two target audiences, Go Project combined a range of editorial and graphic activities distributed through various digital channels: email, social platforms, intranet, regular newsletters, and digital presentations.
