As part of the CFA Torretta Inauguration, the following activities were carried out:
- Organizational and logistical secretariat, operational coordination for guests, and event management
- On-site operations management, including transportation, accommodation, ticketing, access control, and supplier coordination
- PR and media monitoring, communication with guests, influencers, and media outlets
- Integrated communication, creation and management of the PED (Press & Event Desk) with influencers, development of Media Packs and the Content Event Manual
- Production of an aftermovie and institutional content for communication purposes, including footage with sports guests and the “Palermo Sunrise” project, complete with post-production
- Setup of event spaces with self-supporting structures and video/audio service support
