From need to solution: a cross-functional effort integrating multidisciplinary skills to support the digitalization and transparency of Public Administration, simplifying processes and services with a people-centered approach.

The Italian Public Administration is undergoing a digital transformation aimed at improving the efficiency and accessibility of public services. The adoption of new tools seeks to enhance interoperability between institutions and simplify processes for citizens and businesses. At the same time, the obligation to publish open data and transparency regulations reinforce the principle of accountability, enabling easier access to public information and promoting widespread oversight of institutional activities.

Our main goal has been to improve the accessibility, usability, and efficiency of public digital services, making them more intuitive and inclusive for citizens and businesses.

The primary challenge has been to innovate while respecting regulatory constraints and the complexity of existing systems. Often, this involves dealing with outdated technologies, resistance to change, and a diverse user base ranging from digital natives to those less familiar with technology. The key lies in balancing rules, usability, and accessibility—simplifying processes without compromising their essence and always keeping the user at the center.
