Through a customized voting platform and an immediate user profiling system, we transformed fan voting into an integrated marketing action.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The Challenge: Automating the entire communication flow\u2014from registration to personalized confirmation emails\u2014ensuring brands a secure, scalable platform with a high
