Engineering and operational setup<\/b><\/h3>\n

The project focuses on the structured and digitized management of the entire preliminary investigation process (iter di istruttoria) for building amnesty applications (condono edilizio). The initial phase involved <\/span>the technical-operational setup<\/b> and integration with the City of Rome’s digital ecosystem. By enabling access to domain systems\u2014including <\/span>CESARE, WebGIS, SIAE, and SICER\u2014the RTI (Temporary Grouping of Companies) personnel achieved full operational status, ensuring procedural efficiency and uniformity from the very first stages of access to the Administration’s IT environments.<\/p>\n

Specialized training and digital assets
<\/b><\/h3>\n

The core of the intervention involved taking charge of the process, supported by a high-level training program covering building regulations, constraint procedures (procedure vincolistiche), and urban planning files, consolidated through on-the-job training.. In parallel, the project enabled the <\/span>transformation of physical archives into digital assets.
