The Digital Municipalities Community is born—a private ecosystem designed exclusively for Public Administration employees. This space was created to foster dialogue, collaboration, and shared growth regarding the crucial themes of digital transformation.

The Project: Collaboration and Technology

The Go Project teams managed the entire project lifecycle, from interface design to software development. The result is a modern and intuitive environment built to break down communication barriers and facilitate active user participation.

The proposed solution focuses on four functional pillars:

• Knowledge Sharing: An organized archive for consulting news, official documents, and in-depth materials.
• Participatory Decisions: Integrated tools for taking part in surveys and internal polls.
• Communities of Practice: Vertical groups dedicated to specific fields, where individual expertise becomes a shared asset.
• Dynamic Interaction: A secure discussion space to actively contribute to the digital debate.

This project represents a fundamental step in moving beyond the traditional approach to public information management. Thanks to a User Experience tailored to the real needs of employees, the platform makes collaboration between entities more fluid, modern, and accessible.
